Ukraine has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the “Urban Infrastructure Project”, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under Contract UIP-KRM-ICB-05C for supply and installation of equipment for aeration system of biological wastewater treatment of left bank wastewater station.

The Communal Enterprise “Kremenchukvodokanal” now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and installation of equipment for aeration system of biological wastewater treatment of left bank wastewater station. The works under this contract comprise dismantling of existing reinforced concrete structures and pipelines, supply, installation and commissioning of pumps, pipes, compressors, process and power equipment, and training of personnel in operation and control of installed equipment. Completion period is eight (8) months.

Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, dated May 2004 as revised through May 2010 Corrigenda, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines.
