“Dniprovodoсanal” Communal Enterprise of Dnipropetrovsk City Council hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the Bank”) towards the cost of the Dnipropetrovsk Municipal Water Services Development Project.
